Carley has been the Benefit Funds Administrator from March of 2015 to April 2020. In May of 2020 Carley became the Union Office Manager and the Benefit Funds Administrator. Before joining Local 104 she received her MBA from Western New England College.

Michael Langone became a member of Local 104 in July of 1997 as a 1st Year Apprentice and graduated the Local's Apprenticeship Program in 2002 becoming a Journeyman. In September 2002 Michael became an Instructor for the Local teaching Trade Related Mathematics and graduated the UA's Instructor Training Program in 2008. In January 2003, Michael was elected a Trustee of the Local's Health and Welfare plan. Michael was appointed to be the Local's Organizer in 2006, elected to become Recording Secretary in 2007, and appointed to Training Director in 2008. In 2013 Michael was elected to become Local 104's Business Manager and became the Chairman of the JATC, Health and Welfare, Annuity, Pension, and Negotiating Committee. Michael was elected as President of the Pioneer Valley Building Trades Council in 2017 and became Vice President of the  New England States Pipe Trades Association in 2019.
JOHN BLANCHARD
Business Agent
John became a member of Local 104 as a 1st Year Apprentice in 1996 and Graduated the Apprenticeship Program in 2000 becoming a Journeyman. John served on the Local's Executive Board from 2002 to 2008. In 2009 John was elected as Local 104's Business Agent and elected to serve as Trustee of the Local's Health and Welfare Fund.
